IP Checker
Load this page through your proxy, phone or profile to see exactly what a website sees: the address, whether AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon owns it, the metro it resolves to, and whether your browser time zone or WebRTC tells a different story.

How to read it
On a Chicago Proxies line the ISP reads as a US mobile carrier, since the address comes from that carrier's pool and many real phones share it through carrier-grade NAT. Location comes back as a metro or state, not down to a street. What gives an account away is two things: a browser time zone that doesn't match the IP, and a WebRTC candidate that reveals your home or office address. Correct those in the browser profile and run the check again.
